Disappointing nhs care with inexperienced doctors

Dr Killy and his practice epitomize the current shortcomings of the NHS. Among the various physicians I've encountered, Dr Killy stands out as the most senior and experienced. The other staff are predominantly junior doctors with limited expertise, demonstrating an inability to accurately diagnose even straightforward conditions like a child's ear infection, erroneously labeling it as 'scarlet fever' despite our clear concerns. We were forced to seek hospital treatment before receiving a proper diagnosis. Similarly, when our second child was born with a club foot, the repeated recommendation was to wait six months, effectively delaying a referral and claiming the condition would naturally correct itself. By the time we finally consulted a pediatric physiotherapist (following NHS guidance), our child was six months old and immediately placed in a cast - a intervention that could have been implemented much earlier at four weeks, potentially preventing further complications.
