Disappointing service and declining patient care

Initially, our experience seemed promising, but their service has rapidly deteriorated. Scheduling appointments has become increasingly challenging, and the staff's demeanor has shifted from welcoming to dismissive. They're now abrupt, suggesting patients simply find another general practitioner, which is unacceptable. If they continue on this trajectory, they'll mirror the decline of FGP. It's perplexing why they accepted such a large influx of patients when they clearly lack the capacity to manage them effectively.
