Disappointing service and limited communication

The front desk staff displayed a remarkably unhelpful attitude, exhibiting impatience and verging on discourteous behavior. The implementation of the Accurx system has proven to be quite restrictive. It seems the era of efficiently resolving issues through a simple phone call has sadly come to an end, hasn't it?
