Disappointing service since covid hit healthcare system

Initially, the medical practice seemed satisfactory, and I had no issues with my physician. However, since the pandemic, I've become increasingly frustrated with their constant phone calls and subpar service. As a healthcare worker who was on the frontlines alongside hospitals and essential businesses, I believe medical practices should have been equally accessible. The telephone-based system is ineffective and is driving patients to emergency rooms unnecessarily due to the lack of available appointments and care. I'm perplexed by how doctors claim to be overwhelmed when patients can't even secure a consultation. I've missed three callback attempts, and when I tried to reschedule, they were unable to accommodate me. Today, I was placed on the emergency contact list, yet no one reached out. Needless to say, I am thoroughly disappointed and disgusted with their customer service. The current situation is causing significant suffering for numerous patients.
