Disappointing service with long waits and delays

I regret to say that my experience with the service has been less than satisfactory. The phone queues are consistently lengthy, often exceeding 30 individuals, and the promised callback system is woefully inadequate, with hours elapsing before any contact is made. In an attempt to circumvent these issues, I opted for a private GP consultation. However, this proved equally frustrating as I was redirected to my NHS provider for blood tests. Despite the private physician's recommendations, I've been left in limbo for weeks, unable to even schedule the necessary tests. My repeated attempts to expedite the process have fallen on deaf ears, and the ongoing delay is significantly impacting both my professional and personal life. The sole redeeming factor, preventing this from being a one-star review, is the competence of the GPs I've managed to see in the past. Their skill alone elevates this to a two-star rating, but it's a small consolation given the overall subpar service.
