Disappointing service with minimal patient care

I was impressed by the first contact physiotherapist, who appears to be from a separate department. Despite this, every other interaction with the practice has been frustratingly ineffective. Why are online booking and support services completely absent? All communication must go through the front desk, where staff rush to provide responses without fully listening to the challenges patients have already navigated. Online forms are seemingly impossible for the surgery to receive, so attempting to submit them is futile. They also cannot handle email communications. The practice gives the impression of operating at the absolute bare minimum standard. As a result, I am transferring my medical care elsewhere.
