Disappointing standards from staff

Having been told I needed a jab by a GP, although I felt it to be of more importance that the cervical and thoracic stenosis was dealt with to enable me to walk again without falling down. I obeyed and met with a young nurses who witnessed me entering the room with a walking frame without coming to my aid. When seated, I was asked which side I wanted the jab and she seemed surprised when I said the side closest to you. The final insult was being called sweetheart by the young girl which, was patronising and insulting. For the last 18 months, I have been virtually housebound without friends and family coming to my aid but, the flu jab was considered more necessary! All things considered, my health has deteriorated since the NHS has become involved in my life. M
