Disastrous decline: 17 years of frustration

I've been a patient at this practice for 17 years, and I must say, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The lack of available appointments is frustrating, and when you try to schedule one, you're left hanging on the telephone for over 45 minutes just to speak with someone. To make matters worse, the reception staff's attitude is far from pleasant – their rudeness is off-putting, to say the least. It's disheartening to see how much this practice has deteriorated since 2018. The quality of service has taken a nosedive, and it's clear that patient care is no longer a priority here.
