Repeated attempts to reach the reception via telephone result in interminable hold times, often exceeding 20 minutes, only to be abruptly disconnected without resolution. The rare occasion one manages to secure an appointment with Dr. Rashid is equally disappointing. Consultations feel hurried, with patients' concerns summarily dismissed by the physician's condescending demeanor. This dismissive attitude is particularly pronounced when addressing female patients or parents accompanying their daughters. Dr. Rashid's apparent lack of awareness and knowledge is truly perplexing, raising questions about the continued operation of this establishment. The level of care and service provided falls so far below acceptable standards that even the lowest rating seems overly generous.
