Discriminatory medical practice hurts vulnerable patients

Appalling treatment. My client is immobilized, and his elderly parents, approaching 80, have consistently delivered repeat prescription requests in person. As they now struggle, I sought an online ordering account for them. All family members are prepared to complete the necessary authorization forms, with two holding power of attorney. The receptionist merely repeated some absurd manager's directive, claiming the manager said it was impossible. What right does this incompetent manager have to deny my disabled client online access? What about the Equality Act 2010??
