Discriminatory treatment and terrible medical care

I am deeply distressed by the treatment I've received from this medical practice, and I now regret leaving my previous Guildowns clinic. Despite feeling unwell, I have not been able to consult with a GP in person, only over the phone. I was instructed to schedule blood tests, but I'm perplexed about how they can assess CRP and WCC markers when the tests are planned for one or two weeks later while I'm currently sick. How can they prescribe medication without first checking infection markers or waiting for blood results? They haven't even called me about my test outcomes. On Friday, I visited the practice seeking pain relief medication, and the receptionist promised the doctors would call me before day's end - but nothing happened. Then on Tuesday, I received a missed call, and when I called back on Wednesday, I was told the receptionist had booked something for Tuesday. Why fabricate such a story? It seems Shakespeare medical practice might have an issue with patients of color, as my health appears to be of little concern. They might as well write in bold: "No people of color allowed" and declare that our health rights are insignificant. I was informed that to receive pain relief medication, I must wait to speak with a doctor on Saturday. Meanwhile, am I expected to suffer or potentially die before receiving necessary medication? The management is utterly incompetent. Fortunately, when I returned to the practice today, I spoke with complaints manager S, who listened sympathetically and provided me with medication - for which I am grateful.
