Dismissive approach left me unheard

The service provided fell short of expectations, with staff appearing dismissive and unengaged. The consultation experience was unsatisfactory, with suggestions that seemed inadequate. The diagnostic process took several months and did not meet the standard of care I would have hoped for. Overall, I found the experience disappointing.
