I am writing to convey my profound disappointment with the treatment I encountered at your medical facility. Honestly, I wish there was a way to assign zero rating. My experience was both traumatic and completely unacceptable, compelling me to voice serious criticisms about specific staff members. Dr. Hakeem demonstrated extreme unprofessionalism, displaying zero empathy or willingness to engage. I was curtly informed that discussing multiple health issues during my appointment was impossible — despite all symptoms being interconnected and potentially indicating a single medical condition. This inflexible, dismissive approach was not only counterproductive but deeply demoralizing. Furthermore, a staff member named Miss Hajira — who, as far as I can determine, lacks official medical registration in the UK — was actively involved in patient treatment, including my own. This immediately raises substantial concerns regarding patient safety and regulatory adherence. How can an unqualified individual be permitted to provide medical services under a veneer of professional credibility? To compound my distress, I was threatened with removal from the practice simply for articulating legitimate concerns and attempting to advocate for my personal health. Rather than receiving support or understanding, I was confronted with aggression and intimidation. The absence of professionalism, compassion, and fundamental patient care demonstrated by this team is deeply troubling. I am astonished that individuals like Dr. Hakeem and Miss Hajira are permitted to continue working within healthcare. This encounter has left me feeling psychologically wounded, disregarded, marginalized, and profoundly anxious about the quality of care provided by your practice.
