You attempt to discuss a newly discovered mass, comparable to a tennis ball, located beneath your armpit, only to be coldly told to call back at 2:30 pm, regardless of the urgency. This contradicts their own advice to immediately seek medical attention upon discovering a lump. Such dismissive and unhelpful receptionists are damaging the reputation of the National Health Service.
