Dismissive receptionists and chaotic booking system

The administrative team lacked efficiency, and several reception staff members came across as dismissive. On multiple occasions, the manner and approach I experienced felt unprofessional, and the appointment scheduling system appeared disorganised. It seemed as though barriers to accessing care were being created rather than removed. I have since transferred to another practice where I feel patients receive respectful and timely attention—qualities that appeared to be absent from my previous experience. I would advise others to consider alternative options.
