Disrespectful male doctors at the hub

I'm at a loss for words. After being a patient for roughly four years, I've observed that all male physicians at the hub seem to carry themselves with an unwarranted sense of superiority, treating patients as if we're insignificant. Dr Murphy is particularly bad, and the younger male doctor also communicates in a demeaning manner. The NHS reviews align perfectly with my personal experiences with these male doctors and the surgery. I've endured numerous frustrating callbacks from these "higher powers," and I refuse to be spoken to disrespectfully - which has resulted in a written and verbal warning that I promptly dismissed. It's clear that the doctor who drafted this letter would have been far more productive spending time investigating the root cause of my condition rather than composing dismissive correspondence. The irony is laughable when their phone message declares "please treat our staff with the respect they deserve" - I say, PLEASE TREAT YOUR PATIENTS WITH THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE. Most of the reception staff are discourteous on the phone. I've now insisted that all calls be recorded. Interestingly, when I've requested previous call recordings to dispute their claims of my rudeness, they mysteriously cannot provide them. How convenient. Doctors, you are no more important than me, a patient in pain. My recommendation is to find a different career path. Moving forward, I will exclusively consult with female doctors. I want to emphasize that this critique does not extend to other staff, particularly the exceptional paramedics.
