Initially, I encountered some challenges with Doctorlink, E-Consult. Nevertheless, I'm glad to report that the practice can assist you if needed, and I've successfully used it a few times myself! My husband and I have been patients at this practice for a quarter of a century. In all that time, we've only experienced one less-than-stellar consultation, which was a phone appointment some time back. Naturally, staff have come and gone over the years, but there's a solid core of exceptional doctors and personnel who have been with the practice for a long while. I've never had reason to criticize anyone's demeanor. Overall, I find the staff to be both friendly and professional. The practice provides an impressive array of services, including extended hours, online booking, same-day appointments, and telephone consultations. I consistently feel fortunate to be under their care.
