Doctors dismissive and don't listen to patients

I have had a disappointing experience at this practice. Some members of the clinical team have come across as dismissive towards patients, appearing not to fully engage with concerns raised and responding in ways that felt unhelpful when seeking medical guidance. I would encourage the practice to focus on delivering better care and support. There are a small number of staff members who demonstrate genuine commitment and professionalism. However, the majority of my interactions have fallen short of expectations. The practice has attributed service challenges to increased demand from local population growth. This explanation does not adequately address my concerns, and I would consider changing practices if feasible. One area for improvement would be to reduce the need for patients with ongoing health concerns to be seen by different clinicians repeatedly, requiring them to re-explain their situation each time. Medical records exist to prevent this duplication of effort. Better continuity of care would make a meaningful difference.
