Doctors failing my seriously ill son's healthcare needs

My son Richard has been battling a severe health condition for half a year, and throughout this entire period, he's been unable to consult directly with a physician, instead dealing primarily with the front desk staff and occasionally a nurse. Today, when he called again feeling extremely unwell, he was informed that a doctor consultation was impossible until March 24th, with only a potential nurse callback later. I'm deeply concerned about my son, who is not one to make a fuss. The current state of medical care is truly disappointing. This is an absolutely unacceptable way to manage a medical practice.
