The medical professionals at this practice are delightful. However, the front desk personnel are a stark contrast, with about 80% displaying an abysmal demeanor, consistently breaking commitments and exhibiting rudeness in nearly every interaction when I attempt to schedule appointments for myself or my kids. As the initial point of contact for the clinic, their customer service is woefully inadequate. While two staff members (including Linda, if she's still employed there, and another woman) are genuinely pleasant, the remainder of the team significantly undermines the overall patient experience.
