Doctors rushed through appointments without listening properly

I left this practice because I was unable to obtain meaningful support for my ongoing health concerns. While the clinical staff initially appeared conscientious, I found that treatment options were rarely proposed proactively—I had to identify and request them myself, which proved problematic given my lack of medical knowledge. There seemed to be a disconnect in recognising how my various symptoms might be interconnected. I suspect some practitioners are genuinely committed to patient care but face organisational constraints, whilst others may not prioritise this as highly. Appointments felt rushed and I often struggled to fully express my concerns, whilst the online consultation forms were disproportionately time-consuming compared to face-to-face visits. The system itself appears poorly designed for patients whose presentations don't align with standard categories, and administrative staff errors occurred on multiple occasions. Overall, my experience with chronic health issues at this practice was unsuccessful.

Dear Miss Danielo-Cook Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you felt unsupported in managing your long-term health concerns, and we are also sorry that you have now left the practice. It’s clear that your experience with rushed appointments, difficulties using our eConsult system, and missed opportunities to look at your symptoms more holistically left you frustrated, and we apologise for this. We have taken your comments seriously and will review the issues you’ve raised with our clinical and administrative teams. Kind regards Jess Kaur - Practice Manager
