Avoid registering with this medical practice, as the staff demonstrate zero compassion or understanding. I've promptly switched healthcare providers following an incredibly unprofessional interaction with DR BABU. The conversation began with an abrupt "yes, what is the problem," and when I raised concerns about notes in the NHS app, she dismissively claimed she had completed her part and wasn't responsible for administrative matters. I felt completely dehumanized, as if I were merely a box to be checked. Her limited English comprehension made communication challenging, which visibly agitated her, ultimately leading her to abruptly terminate the call. The entire experience made me feel like I was receiving treatment more befitting a poorly managed healthcare system in an underdeveloped region, not a professional medical setting. Her approach was entirely inappropriate for a healthcare professional. DR BABU urgently needs to improve her communication skills and develop a more empathetic approach to patient interactions before continuing to practice medicine.
