Throughout my long-standing relationship with Eastbury Surgery, I have consistently been impressed by their outstanding service and patient care. While many medical practices struggle with appointment availability, this has never been an issue here. When urgent medical attention is required, they invariably find a way to schedule a prompt consultation. Over the years, I have consulted with numerous general practitioners at this surgery, and each has demonstrated remarkable professionalism and exceptional care. Dr Collins, who serves as my primary physician, stands out as particularly remarkable. Her compassionate approach and remarkable bedside manner are truly exceptional - she is consistently reassuring, kind, and supportive, always explaining medical details with remarkable clarity. Despite the well-known pressures facing NHS general practitioners and their typically demanding schedules, consultations with Dr Collins never feel hurried, whether conducted in-person or via telephone. My sincere appreciation goes to Eastbury Surgery for maintaining such high standards of medical care.
