I cannot praise Norfolk Park Medical Practice enough. Dr Gilroy is absolutely exceptional — she attentively listens, provides me with her undivided attention as though I'm her sole patient, and ensures I never feel hurried. Each referral has been thoroughly explained and processed quickly. The reception team consistently demonstrates friendliness, expertise, and professionalism, ensuring appointment booking and attendance is seamless and stress-free. All staff members, from the Advanced Nurse Practitioner to the phlebotomists, are welcoming, competent, and approachable. Whenever I've reached out to the practice, my issues have been addressed immediately, which provides tremendous reassurance. I'm consistently amazed when I hear about patients elsewhere in the UK facing lengthy waiting periods, as I've always been seen the very same day I contact them. Wait times are minimal upon arrival, and the waiting area is immaculate with comfortable seating. An additional benefit is the readily available parking, which further enhances the convenience of visits. An outstanding medical practice delivering superior healthcare!
