I'm sharing my experience because while I've read other critical reviews, my prior medical care was significantly worse. Dr. Harrikumar was exceptional during my COVID-19 period when I feared a potential blood clot. He promptly directed me to the hospital, where they discovered I actually had pleurisy, not a clot - a huge relief. Although I've only had a handful of appointments here, I've consistently found the staff to be warm and accommodating. Each time, they've scheduled me quickly and provided compassionate, supportive care. I felt compelled to speak up and give credit where it's due! In my view, they absolutely merit their 5-star rating, and compared to my previous healthcare provider, where I was a long-term patient, this practice's level of care is dramatically superior.
