If I had written this review a few years ago, it likely would have been less favorable, but they've significantly enhanced their services recently. Whenever I have a concern about my daughter (now a toddler), they consistently accommodate us on the same day. Dr. Kahn, whom I typically see, is exceptional at attentively listening, not dismissing issues, and being transparent about her knowledge and what requires further examination. She feels like a collaborative partner in my healthcare journey. While there have been a few challenges, such as misplacing my cervical exam results and the subsequent uncertainty for months, I ultimately feel fortunate to have this as my medical practice, especially when I hear distressing accounts from others about the strained NHS.
