Dr kingsley turns things around

Rang at 8.30 as suggested. After explaining my issue to the receptionist, I was told to call back tomorrow and repeat the same process due to "no available appointments". Absolutely frustrating. I can't afford to take time off work every morning just to plead for a medical consultation. Whenever I try to book in advance, they either offer an appointment two months away or insist I call on the day. It's completely absurd. Moreover, the constant rotation of doctors means they never take my concerns seriously. Their standard advice is always to take over-the-counter painkillers and return in two weeks if the pain persists. I'm left wondering why I even bother trying to get an appointment for such generic guidance. Every interaction has been consistently negative. Update: My experience has significantly improved. I consulted Dr. Kingsley, who approached my concerns with genuine care and attentiveness. After multiple consultations, I finally received a diagnosis after a year of previous doctors dismissing my symptoms as a "pulled muscle" or slow healing from a sprain. Thanks to Dr. Kingsley, I now have clarity and am progressing with medication and quarterly blood tests, which is going smoothly. I haven't felt this confident in a healthcare professional in years. The patient access system is convenient, allowing me to order repeat prescriptions and book appointments without dealing with reception. Their extended access hours are also helpful for working professionals like myself. While I haven't yet used emergency appointments, I'm upgrading my rating from 1 to 3 stars.
