I've been a patient at this surgery since childhood! Dr Vardhan has become a healthcare professional I completely depend on and trust implicitly. She's supported me through numerous challenges and is incredibly approachable and easy to communicate with. Previously, I was someone who would ignore health concerns and rarely visited doctors, which often meant problems escalated unnecessarily. Now, whenever I experience any medical issue, I immediately contact Dr Vardhan, knowing she genuinely listens and collaboratively works to resolve my concerns. The practice consistently provides rapid appointments, and I've never encountered scheduling difficulties. Patients are actively engaged in their healthcare decisions and treatment plans. The MyGP app has been particularly beneficial, especially for individuals struggling with anxiety who find telephone communication challenging. Being able to select appointments and send brief messages has been an excellent support tool. My primary reservation relates to confidentiality within the reception area. I frequently overhear sensitive patient information, which I attempt to disregard. However, hearing my mother's full name, medication details, and discussion of her telephone consultation regarding prescriptions has significantly increased my anxiety about potential personal information exposure. I believe implementing a physical barrier between the reception desk and waiting area would provide staff more privacy and protect patient confidentiality. Prescription management was previously a recurring source of stress, with issues arising from both my mistakes and administrative processes. Delays would occur due to unsigned doctor authorizations or premature submission. Recently, however, the process has become seamless. I no longer experience anxiety about prescription handling, confident they will be processed efficiently. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Vardhan and Dr Khatri to anyone seeking exceptional medical care.
