On my second attempt, the phone simply rang unanswered. Update: I eventually secured an appointment, only to have the surgery cancel on the day of the booking, though they did arrange an alternative slot. I then spent an hour in the uninspiring waiting room. My subsequent appointment was equally disappointing; after waiting 40 minutes, I was forced to leave due to other commitments. At that point, two patients were still ahead of me in the queue to see the Doctor.
