Ear care excellence marred by booking chaos

The nurse's expertise in performing the microsuction was commendable, but the appointment system leaves much to be desired. After having one ear treated, I was instructed to persist with drops in my right ear for an additional week and schedule a follow-up for the subsequent Saturday. Frustratingly, on-site booking isn't an option; instead, you're left waiting for a callback later in the week. By Wednesday, having heard nothing, I took the initiative to contact Nimbus myself. They assured me it was being handled and promised a return call. Friday rolled around, prompting another call from me, only to discover all Saturday slots had been filled. Ultimately, I secured an appointment a staggering 19 days post my initial visit. The prolonged, unnecessary use of ear drops during this extended wait was far from ideal. Overall, a disappointing experience in terms of scheduling and communication.
