Efficient care but frustrating prescription process

It's a hectic medical practice where securing an appointment is challenging, and consultations feel hurried. Despite this, I've received quality medical guidance, so I can't fault the core service. The staff have consistently been pleasant and supportive. However, I've encountered significant challenges with the prescription electronic transfer system (EPS) between the surgery and my pharmacy. Each time I need medication, the chemist hasn't received the electronic prescription, forcing me to personally collect a paper prescription from the doctors, re-provide the pharmacy details, and then return to the chemist the following day. This process is incredibly aggravating and time-consuming, especially given the distance between my doctors in Braintree and the pharmacy in Dunmow.
