Elderly Patient Denied In-Person Appointment Booking

This establishment has increasingly shown a lack of compassion and support. My elderly parent, who has a disability, visited the office to schedule an appointment, only to be informed that she must call them instead! The absurdity and thoughtlessness exhibited towards vulnerable elderly patients is appalling! What could possibly be so complicated about arranging an appointment when they are physically present? My parent lacks the phone credit necessary for external calls and is unfamiliar with online booking procedures! This situation exceeds what can be considered reasonable. At the time of her visit, there was no one else in reception except for my parent (who typically depends on a caregiver during such visits; however, they were not available at that moment). It’s quite laughable... this facility should prioritize understanding and empathy for its patients, particularly those who are elderly or in vulnerable situations. Such individuals often require additional consideration and kindness from healthcare professionals to navigate their medical needs effectively.
