Email prescriptions delayed over the weekend

This is the second occasion I've submitted a prescription request via email and it hasn't been processed. The receptionist informed me it takes 48 hours to complete, which means I'll be without my fast-acting medication over the weekend. The staff member handling prescription emails was difficult to communicate with and didn't seem to listen properly to my concerns. I was trying to clarify something important about the prescription documentation, but when I attempted to explain, she became dismissive and short with me. The interaction left me feeling frustrated and unheard. I've decided to seek care elsewhere.
