Endless calls and frustration with medical appointment system

Attempting to schedule an appointment proved incredibly frustrating all week, with continuous busy signals blocking my efforts. This morning, starting at 7:57am, I persistently dialed and after an exhausting 278 attempts, I finally connected, only to be placed on hold for 15 minutes before reaching a receptionist. What followed was a perplexing sequence of messages: the doctor's office suddenly appearing closed, then a busy signal, then closed again - a series of communications that seemed nonsensical. It's evident that their current booking system is fundamentally flawed and completely inadequate. I want to be clear that my issue isn't with the medical staff or reception personnel, but the sheer absurdity of needing to make nearly 300 calls just to secure an appointment is utterly unacceptable.
