Endless delays and poor service at GP practice

I've experienced a frustrating cycle with this GP's appointment system. Every time I call, I'm instructed to phone back at the end of the following week for a routine appointment. The process involves enduring lengthy hold times, only to be met with the same unhelpful response. This pattern repeats endlessly, making it nearly impossible to secure a consultation. The inefficiency and lack of consideration for patients' time is appalling. I've never encountered such a poorly managed practice, and it's clear that their patient care is severely lacking. It's a shame that accessing basic healthcare has become such an ordeal here.
