Endless frustration: Blood test booking nightmare

I've been trying relentlessly to schedule a blood test, but it's been an exercise in frustration. Throughout the entire day, I've called repeatedly, only to be met with a perpetually full queue. This ordeal follows a previous incident where my mother's appointment was unexpectedly cancelled. The nurse had unilaterally decided that one of her blood tests wasn't necessary, despite the doctor's original request. Now, with the doctor reiterating the need for the test, we're back to square one, grappling with an seemingly impenetrable booking system. The quality of service appears to be on a steady decline, leaving patients like us feeling helpless and overlooked.
