Endless hold times and disconnected calls

I rang at 8am, positioned 9th in line, and after 10 minutes of waiting while at work, the call dropped. Upon redialing, I found myself 18th in the queue. Again, the line disconnected after 10 minutes, and this pattern continued until I finally got through at 9:20pm. When I described my frustrating experience of being on hold and disconnected for over an hour, including during work hours, the receptionist seemed completely indifferent. She simply proceeded with her scripted questions about my appointment, entirely dismissing my complaint. I told her directly that her approach was extremely unsympathetic and appeared as though she couldn't care less. I made sure to note her name - Syam - and expressed my complete dissatisfaction. From conversations with others, it seems Omnia is rapidly declining in service quality and customer care.
