Endless Phone Queue: 85 Minutes of Frustration

I remained on hold for a total of 85 minutes, during which I spent 45 minutes as the first person in the queue. Although I wasn't nearby at that moment, I could have returned and attended the surgery in person by the time my call was finally answered!
