Endless phone queue for no appointments

Securing an appointment here is a nightmare. You're unable to schedule in advance and must call on the same day. Starting at 8am, you'll find yourself 19th in line, and after waiting around 40 minutes for reception to pick up, they'll inform you that all slots for the day are gone, suggesting you try again tomorrow. After four consecutive days of this frustrating process, I ultimately resorted to visiting the walk-in centre. This approach is completely unacceptable. The booking system is incredibly inefficient, and I'm genuinely perplexed about how vulnerable groups like the elderly and parents with young children are supposed to manage such a challenging process.
