Endless phone wait drove me crazy

Absolutely absurd wait times just to get someone on the line - I've already been on hold for 90 minutes. Their online booking system is completely non-functional, and despite claims of repeat prescriptions, you're forced to call every single time you need a refill. The inconvenience is unbearable, and I'm definitely looking to change healthcare providers as soon as possible.
