Endless queue and musak madness drive customer crazy

Endured a tedious 20-minute auditory ordeal of low-quality background music, reminiscent of someone trudging through a swamp, while repeatedly being told I'm third in line. Eventually reaching the coveted first position, I was met with a brief moment of hope before the call tone sounded. After four minutes of anticipatory waiting, the connection abruptly terminated, unceremoniously dumping me back to the first spot in the queue, once again serenaded by the murky, uninspired soundtrack 😕. I acknowledge that Covid has presented significant challenges, but their telecommunications infrastructure desperately needs modernization. Despite the frustrating experience, I must commend the receptionist who was genuinely helpful once contact was finally established, and I sincerely hope these systemic issues are resolved promptly.
