Endless queue ruins critical medical appointment

Absolutely absurd situation where canceling an appointment for my mother is impossible due to an excessively long waiting line, which will inevitably result in a missed appointment. This has been the most frustrating medical practice I've ever encountered, with wait times exceeding an hour just to reach reception. Your service is a complete letdown for patients, and you desperately need to add 1-2 more receptionists. My recent call lasted over 1 hour and 11 minutes before I ultimately gave up - and this appears to be standard practice. Take action immediately, as this level of service is completely unacceptable, especially considering we contribute financially to the NHS. You are fundamentally failing everyone who depends on you.
