Endless run-around with terrible patient care

Please run, run fast, from this surgery. (The positive reviews seem fabricated; visit the clinic once and you'll understand what I mean) - Impossible to secure a face-to-face consultation despite 8 months of attempts. Their phone system, questionnaire, and reception are deliberately designed to frustrate patients, sending them in endless circles. Even when physically present to schedule an appointment, they outright refuse. - Eventually, I was forced to contact emergency services. Medical professionals were shocked by how long I'd been unable to see a GP. - The emergency GP experienced identical treatment, called the surgery, and was similarly dismissed. I was finally granted an appointment after significant persistence. - The nightmare continued. I needed multiple tests including stool and urine samples. Reception carelessly handed me two packs without instructions. The laboratory rejected my samples, citing "no patient details label". I had to repeat the process, with reception again failing to label correctly. I repeatedly requested guidance on completing labels, and they consistently refused to verify my work. - Visit the surgery, and you'll witness their systematic patient rejection. - Test results went unreviewed. The GP dodged my attempts to discuss results, even when I visited in person. When he eventually called - a week late - he only addressed one or two results. - I highlighted several out-of-range results. Despite my concerns, he claimed everything was normal and cynically asked what I wanted him to do (the irony is almost comical, especially while experiencing significant pain). - Some results were referred to specialists, others ignored. The final straw was a restrictive SMS demanding referral details, explicitly stating they would entertain no other concerns. - During my visit, a medical program manager complained about the surgery's persistent document non-responsiveness. She had been waiting over six months for a reply. - The GP's ultimate advice? Pay for a private medical check. Absolutely brilliant recommendation. If the surgery's goal is patient humiliation and suffering, they'd deserve a 5-star review. I believe this establishment should be shut down by any means necessary.
