Endless Runaround at My Local Practice

Abysmal telecommunications and medical support. Recently attempted to schedule a telehealth consultation with my physician, only to be redirected multiple times. Initially told to consult a nurse during an upcoming unrelated appointment, then the nurse suggested speaking directly with the doctor. Upon visiting reception, I was instructed to book online. An entire week has passed, and I'm still unable to communicate with my general practitioner. This dysfunctional process clearly illustrates why emergency departments are overwhelmed and struggling to cope.
