Endless Runaround from Practice Manager

I've been attempting to resolve an issue with medical notes through the Practice Manager for three consecutive months. Despite her repeated assurances, nothing has been accomplished from October through January 2022. Even the doctors have communicated with her about this matter, yet no progress has been made. My medication remains unchanged, and for the past fortnight, she has completely ignored my telephone calls. The reception staff consistently block my attempts to speak with the senior Partner, always claiming they are unavailable. This situation clearly warrants immediate intervention from the NHS ombudsman to address these unacceptable administrative failures.
