Endless Wait and No Callback

Sitting here, phone pressed to my ear, I've been waiting for 30 minutes just to schedule an appointment - and I'm currently first in line, which is utterly absurd. I initially contacted them a week ago, and they promised to reach out about booking, yet five days have passed with zero communication. Update: I finally surrendered after being on hold for nearly an hour. I'm not typically someone who writes reviews, but I feel compelled to document this frustrating encounter.
