Endless wait and no medication help

Goodness, I attempted to order my prescriptions and had to make multiple phone calls. The surgery's online information stated their hours are from 8am to 6pm. When I called the surgery, I encountered their standard answering machine message and was placed in a queue. Every few minutes, the system would update me on my position in line, repeatedly confirming their 8am to 6pm operating hours. My total waiting time exceeded 3 hours. At 11am, I contacted 119 and explained my medication needs, expressing my desperate situation. I was struggling intensely with my mental health and experiencing severe suicidal thoughts. Now, it's Monday, December 27th, 2021, at 6:43pm, and I have received absolutely no response or contact from anyone regarding my urgent request.
