Endless wait: Customer service nightmare

I've been attempting to reach them for a staggering three hours, starting at 8 AM. Surprisingly, I wasn't even far down the queue - I held the third position from the moment I dialed. It's baffling that it took three hours to process just two customers ahead of me. This raises serious questions about their staffing and efficiency. The experience leaves me wondering if anyone is actually manning the phones or if they're all on some sort of extended break. It certainly feels like they've decided to take an impromptu holiday at the expense of customer service.
