Endless Wait for a Simple Chest Infection Call

I attempted to schedule a consultation or receive a callback regarding my diagnosed chest infection. After enduring a frustrating wait of nearly two hours, the call was abruptly disconnected. Forced to restart the process, I was greeted by the same repetitive message about being in a queue. I'm left wondering about the staffing levels of this practice. The constant pre-recorded excuses for unanswered calls are tiresome. Their customer service is completely inadequate, and the online reviews seem to validate my negative experience.
