Endless wait for a simple gp call

The medical service has been incredibly frustrating. They repeatedly reschedule telephone consultations, yet the out-of-hours team consistently fails to call. When attempting to follow up with the general practice the next day, you're informed it's not their problem and they've already allocated your original time slot to another patient, forcing you to rebook. Then you're left waiting around for an available appointment in approximately three days, only to experience yet another instance of the GP never connecting with you. They completely dodge accountability for their errors and demonstrate zero empathy. After more than two weeks and four scheduled appointments, I'm still desperately trying to have a conversation with my doctor!!! It's deeply alarming how utterly disregarded patients are in this practice.
